About the Role
Are you a purpose-driven marketing leader ready to make a real difference? We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and people-focused Head of Marketing and Community Partnerships to take the lead on our brand, marketing, and community engagement strategy.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead and deliver our marketing and communications strategy
Drive digital and traditional campaigns that grow brand and member engagement
Evolve our brand identity across internal and external channels
Champion our presence in the community through sponsorships and partnerships
Lead and mentor a small, dedicated marketing and community team
Oversee all digital channels including website, email, app and social platforms
Manage internal communications, and public messaging
Develop and manage strategic corporate and community partnerships
Align marketing activity with organisational objectives
Use data, dashboards and reporting tools to measure impact and guide strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, IT, projects and branches

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar
Minimum 7+ years’ experience in senior marketing leadership roles
Background in financial services or regulated industries (preferred)
Proven track record in brand strategy, digital engagement, and team leadership
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional projects
Outstanding communication and community engagement skills
A collaborative, values-aligned leader with creative flair and commercial acumen
Willingness to travel across branch locations and attend after-hours events as needed
