Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hold a valid driver's license and be confident driving a manual 4x4 in low range
- Possess safe operating skills and demonstrate commitment to personal safety and the safety of others
- Be an effective team player who can also work independently
- Display a strong work ethic, self-motivation, reliability, eagerness to learn, and a desire to forge a career in mining in the long term
- Demonstrate ability to work to deadlines and remain effective under pressure
- Possess effective listening skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
- Be able to read and write competently
- Show willingness to adapt to the challenges of an underground environment and contribute positively to company culture.
