People Business Partner
Location: Adelaide
We're looking for an experienced, hands‐on People Business Partner to join our Group People team, partnering closely with Business Managers across a diverse manufacturing organisation.
This is a true generalist role where you'll work across the full HR spectrum—supporting leaders with day‐to‐day people matters while contributing to broader capability, workforce and change initiatives.
What you'll be doing
* Partner with leaders to provide practical, solutions-focused HR advice
* Support delivery of people initiatives aligned to business priorities
* Manage and advise on employee relations matters (performance, conduct, grievances)
* Contribute to capability development, workforce planning and organisational change
* Use people data and insights to inform decision-making
* Collaborate closely with the broader People team (TA, L&D, Safety)
What we're looking for
* ~5+ years' HR experience across a broad generalist/business partnering remit
* Strong background in employee relations and HR advisory
* Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels
* Experience across multiple HR disciplines—not just a specialist area
* Sound knowledge of employment legislation and industrial frameworks
* Commercially astute, pragmatic and hands‐on in approach
