ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are seeking an Academic Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our Director of Teaching & Learning.
This pivotal role supports the smooth operation of academic processes across the College, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and exceptional service to students, families, and staff.
This is a 30-hour per week role, extended across 5 days, during the term - with some term break work available.
About the Role
You will play a central part in coordinating academic administration, including:
* Maintaining student data across subjects, classes, timetables and academic systems
* Managing academic records, assessment data, booklists and reporting processes
* Supporting subject selection, SET Plan meetings and student enquiries
* Coordinating key academic programs such as NAPLAN, PAT and diagnostic testing
* Preparing and distributing timetables, class lists, room allocations and duty rosters
* Assisting with certificates, awards, GPA records and external exam processes
* Providing high-level administrative and PA support to the Director of Teaching & Learning
* Supporting staff with academic systems
