Graduate Physiotherapist – Structured Mentoring + Real Support

This graduate program is designed to remove that pressure — and help you actually enjoy your first year. What your first few months will feel like:
* You won't be thrown in the deep end
* You'll have time to think, learn, and ask questions

What support actually looks like
* Weekly 1:1 mentoring with a senior physio
* Monthly mentoring with a senior leader
* A "buddy" physio who has recently been in your shoes
* Gradual caseload build (not sink or swim)
* 40‐minute appointments (including follow‐ups)
Weekly allocated time for
* Client calls
* Letters
* Structured learning program
Your development (this is where it stands out)
* 80+ hours of professional development in your first year
* Weekly 2‐hour internal PD sessions
* External courses fully funded (e.g. Dry Needling, Pilates + more)
* Surgery observation + real‐world exposure
* Access to leading clinical learning platforms
And outside of work?
* Minimal traffic
* Short commutes
