Job Description
Perform high-quality concrete flatwork on various projects including commercial, industrial and agricultural sites.
Work closely with foremen to motivate and train crew members consisting of 3-4 skilled tradespeople.
Lead by example and maintain a safe and quality-focused work culture at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and organize daily job site operations for efficient production and productivity.
* Ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
Requirements:
Any combination of education and experience demonstrating knowledge and ability to perform the role effectively.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings required.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent leadership and communication skills essential for success in this position.
* Able to lift heavy objects (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height).
* Strong multitasking abilities and ability to meet deadlines.
* Must be committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
