What You'll Be Doing
Office & Sales Support
Assist with run sheets, timelines, floor plans and vendor coordination.
Support light marketing tasks – social media, content prep, admin.
General admin to help the events and sales team stay organised.
Wedding Prep
Organise room allocations and ensure accommodation is guest-ready.
Set up wedding spaces (layout, décor, signage, styling guidance).
Place cutlery, crockery, glassware and assist with overall venue presentation.
On-The-Day Coordination
Support the event lead throughout each wedding.
Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Be a calm, positive presence for couples, families, and vendors.
Who You Are
No formal experience needed – just the right attitude.
Reliable, organised, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced workplace.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
Someone who takes pride in a job well done.
Availability
This is a casual role with flexible schedule based on our event schedule – primarily Fridays and Saturdays, occasional Sundays for site visits.
Potential to grow into a permanent role for the right person.
