This is a great opportunity to kick-start or grow your drafting career with a leading civil contractor working alongside our experienced Survey Team at our Gold Coast Office.
About the role:
Reporting to the Survey Manager, you'll receive hands‐on training and support as you learn to:
* Provide drafting support to the survey site team
* Complete plan checks on new projects and updates as required during construction to ensure digital data aligns with the IFC drawings
* Complete Digital CAD data tidy for use in 12D projects & Survey Software
* Complete Project Overview & As‐constructed Layout Drawings
* Carry out quantity take‐offs and calculate earthwork volumes
What You'll Bring:
* Basic AutoCAD experience
* Completed or currently studying a related qualification in Drafting, or similar
* Ambition, drive, and willingness to learn
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‐solving
* Interpersonal skills
