About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our venue. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high customer service standards, and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the venue
* Ensure exceptional customer service and enhance the overall guest experience
* Manage operational budgets, control costs, and support profitability outcomes
* Monitor financial performance, including daily reconciliations and reporting
* Oversee stock control, procurement, and inventory management
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
* Lead, recruit, train, and supervise staff
* Work closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain high-quality standards
* Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Identify and implement strategies to improve revenue and business performance
About You
* Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality management (or at least 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for a formal qualification)
* At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Strong communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment
* Sound understanding of hospitality operations and compliance requirements
