Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Project Administrator to support project delivery across our site operations and fabrication yard.

About the Role
Working closely with Project Managers, site teams, and fabrication staff, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate onsite subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
* Assist in preparing and implementing project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.
* Monitor materials compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate project records, registers, correspondence, and progress reports, documentation, and variation tracking.
* Oversee site operations administration relating to equipment, deliveries, and resource allocation.
* Implement and uphold HSE and Quality Management policies.
* Provide technical and administrative support to operations within the fabrication yard.
* Conduct regular site inspections and assist with audits to ensure industry and project compliance.
* Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
* Organise meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up action items.
* Support staff development through coordination of training and mentoring activities.
About You
You are organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment with multiple stakeholders.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.Experience: Minimum two years' experience in the construction or civil industry. At least one year's experience in a construction project administration role preferred. Exposure to steel construction projects highly regarded.What's on Offer
