Role Overview
Highly respected builder/developer who has prioritised care and investing in inhouse design, construction and project management. This approach has seen them achieve acclaim for their work and seen consistent demand resulting in multiples in growth in the past decade.
Supporting the Directors, this role will act as a key financial leader and trusted advisor to the business.
You will play a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring effective financial management across a multiple entity group and concurrent projects.
Leadership Focus
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategic oversight with operational involvement while leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
We are looking for experienced finance executives from property development/construction. Experience in the top finance role is preferred; however, we will also consider robust second-in-command ready to step up.
