Aspire Early Education is seeking passionate and experienced Room Leaders to join our growing team across Aintree, Harpley Werribee, Manor Lakes Village and Windermere Mambourin. With openings over the next two months, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the culture and learning environments from day one. Opportunities are also available at our established Aintree service.

The Opportunity
* Lead and inspire a team of educators within your room
* Create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment for children
* Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play‑based experiences
* Foster strong partnerships with families and the wider community
* Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and service policies
* Mentor and support educators to achieve high‑quality outcomes
* Work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to drive excellence across the service
* Work a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm, with availability across 5 days
About You
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
* Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Educator
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
* Excellent leadership, communication and mentoring skills
* Passion for delivering high‑quality educational programs
* Current Working with Children Check
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
* A positive, collaborative and professional approach
