Teacher - Year Coordinator - Student Services
The Role
Provide pastoral care and wellbeing support for students across two-year groups between Years 7 and 12. Work with class teachers to implement and support CMS and Positive Behaviour School policies, including the Chuditch reward system. Report to the Program Coordinator and provide case management for identified students in collaboration with external agencies and within the Student Services team.
Advanced skills in time management, event organization and communication are important. Ability to build positive relationships with students and parents is expected; understanding of teen mental health and wellness strategies and a sense of humour are desirable in a fast‐paced support team.
