As a Category Coordinator in the FMCG industry, you will play an essential role in supporting the Category manager with administrative duties, scan sales, promotional tracking, EDI ordering and Shipment tracking.

Description
* Assist in the development and execution of category strategies to meet business objectives.
* Maintain and update promotional calendars, ensuring accurate slotting and timely communication to stakeholders.
* Track and reconcile promotional spend and claims, supporting budget management and reporting.
* Prepare and manage scan sales reports and other category performance data for internal reviews.
* Provide administrative support for category initiatives, including invoice matching and purchase order processing.
* Use Excel to maintain trackers, analyze promotional performance, and assist with monthly reporting.
* Collaborate with Category Manager and Marketing team to ensure smooth execution of promotions and accurate data flow.
Profile
A successful Category Coordinator should have:
* Previous experience in Category within the FMCG industry.
* Strong Excel skills for managing trackers and reporting.
* Experience in promotional tracking and budget reconciliation.
* Ability to interpret scan sales data and support category insights.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Previous experience in FMCG or retail environment preferred
