Due to internal promotion, we are in search of an experienced Digital and Omnichannel specialist to join their commercial team as their Digital Transformation Lead.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, your responsibilities will include
- Drive digital strategy, implementation, and omnichannel vision.
- Refine business processes, tech framework, and optimise online channels.
- Lead multichannel campaigns, analytics, and customer engagement.
- Foster innovation and develop digital capabilities.
- Collaborate with your cross functional teams and agencies.
To be successful for this role, you will have
- Degree qualifications in marketing, business or related fields.
- Extensive digital leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of social media, analytics, and automation tools.
- Sound understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong experience in working with commercial teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
