I am currently partnering with a highly successful, performance-driven digital agency who are looking for a Paid Media Account Director to join their growing team. The Role
As a Paid Media Account Director, you will step into a pivotal leadership position reporting directly to the Head of Digital. This role is the perfect blend of high-level strategy, client partnership, and performance marketing. You will act as the senior strategic lead across key accounts, translating complex client objectives into high-impact media plans across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the development and execution of holistic paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
* Manage day-to-day senior client relationships, delivering insightful reporting, growth recommendations, and clear KPIs.
* Oversee end-to-end campaign builds, optimizations, budget pacing, and performance analysis.
* Monitor industry trends to drive account innovation, while spearheading and supporting new business pitches.
* Mentor junior team members, manage internal workflows, and collaborate with internal specialists to ensure best-in-class execution.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will bring a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for performance marketing.
Requirements
* 6-7+ years of experience in paid media, ideally within an agency or high-growth environment.
* Deep platform expertise across Programmatic (Trade desk) and Paid Search (Google Ads).
* Experience with paid social as well is a huge pluss especially with meta.
* Strong proficiency with reporting tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to confidently lead client calls and write comprehensive strategy decks.
* Previous people management experience.
