Our Injury Management Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring claims are managed within legislative frameworks for optimal financial results and return-to-work outcomes.
This position involves guiding claim teams, ensuring injury management programs are up to date, and monitoring key trends. The successful candidate will also build relationships with rehabilitation providers and resolve service issues in compliance with internal/external policies and procedures.

Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in an allied health field
* A Certificate IV or Diploma in Personal Injury Management
* Experience in injury management relating to occupational rehabilitation, clinical care, and claims management
* Ability to review and modify injury management processes in line with medical research findings
* Knowledge of workers compensation environments and regulatory requirements
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
