Job Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
* Maintain open and respectful communication with parents and guardians to ensure seamless partnerships in their child's education.
* Ensure a safe and welcoming space for all children, staff, and visitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
* A genuine passion for working with children and creating meaningful learning experiences.
* Experience in childcare or early learning settings is highly desirable.
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certifications.
* A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
* Flexibility to work part-time across our operating hours (Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 6:30 pm).
