About the Role
We now have a rare entry‐level opportunity in our highly successful Ad Sales team in BRISBANE. This Account Executive position is a permanent full‐time role at our office in Mt Coot‐thaa.
Responsibilities
* Support the Sales team working on a dedicated portfolio of accounts, ensuring that administrative and customer service functions are delivered with the utmost care and accuracy.
* Provide administrative support to nominated Account Managers in an effective, detailed and timely manner.
* Deliver a high level of client satisfaction by providing prompt, customer‐focused and professional responses to enquiries and requests from clients.
* Design, prepare and check client proposals and revenue reports.
* Manage the client database accurately.
* Work collaboratively with a range of different team members and stakeholders as required.
Qualifications
* Strong skills across Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive and able to use initiative to solve problems and navigate challenges with a positive attitude.
* Great attention to detail.
* Proven experience in a customer service focused role.
* Extra points for previous media industry experience.
* Exposure to working with a client database.
