Support Worker

This is a 30‑hour Fixed Term role for full time in Peterhead, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and Down’s Syndrome to live independently.
Responsibilities
- Support a group of adults to live independently in their own homes around Peterhead Town Centre.
- Assist with daily tasks such as medication administration, cooking, cleaning and managing finances.
- Help organise and host group events, including cinema, arts and crafts, football, car shows, Disney movies and concerts.
- Provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with some weekend and overnight "sleep‑over" shifts.
- Work during day shifts from 7am – 10pm.
Qualifications
- UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential.
- Reliable and honest with robust communication skills.
- Motivated, positive and willing to go the extra mile for residents.
