About the Opportunity
We are looking for a couple of motivated junior team members to join our team. This role is ideal for high school students looking for part-time work after school.

What You'll Do
* Prepare and serve delicious bubble tea drinks and other beverages
* Keep the shop clean, organised, and welcoming
* Assist customers in our internet café
* Help add money to member accounts and turn on computers and PlayStations for guests
* Monitor internet café usage and maintain a smooth experience for customers
* Take orders, process payments, and assist with customer enquiries
What We're Looking For
* Positive attitude and friendly customer service skills
* Willingness to learn — no prior experience needed
* Basic confidence using computers and helping customers
* Dependable, punctual, and a team player
* Organised and neat presentation
* Good communication skills
