What will I be doing exactlyReporting to the Leading Hand, you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of hydraulic and mechanical fitting tasks on Komatsu and Joy Mining equipment. This includes the assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hydraulic systems and componentsYou’ll be interpreting hydraulic schematics to build and diagnose circuits, routing and fitting hydraulic hoses, and carrying out general fitting work to ensure equipment is operating to specification. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on work with hydraulic systems, identifying faults, Inspection and Quoting of components/equipment and implementing effective solutions to minimise downtimeTo succeed in this role, you’ll need a solid understanding of hydraulic principles, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
