Calling for all Electrical Engineers with PLC experience (Allen Bradley)
About Role
Join a leading manufacturer as a hands-on electrical engineer to manage PLC-driven equipment, electrical maintenance strategy, and critical spare parts in a highly demanding extrusion environment.
Key Requirements
* Degree qualified preferred, but strong hands-on trade background also considered.
* 3+ years in manufacturing.
* Strong PLC exposure – fault finding, ladder logic, Allen Bradley/Siemens.
* Good understanding of industrial motors, heaters, compressed air, exhaust systems.
* Ability to manage electrical panel boards, switching, cycles, and preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead electrical preventative maintenance – currently a big gap.
* Troubleshoot PLC and production equipment faults.
* Manage critical electrical spare parts.
* Work across electrical systems in all plants but primarily extrusion.
