We are a specialised Civil Construction company based in Osborne Park, Western Australia. About the role
We have experienced growth as a company and seek dedicated and professionally like-minded people to join our team. We are currently seeking versatile and skilled individuals in various positions.
You will join us in our existing projects in Perth Metro area. Travel will be required between sites depending on projects requirements.
Positions Available
* Apprentice Carpenters (encouraged to apply)
* General Labourers / Traffic Control
Key Responsibilities (vary by role)
* Operate civil construction plant and equipment safely and efficiently, including excavators, skid steer, ensuring daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance are completed (Plant Operators – HR Licence highly desirable)
* Carry out concreting works including kerbing, footpaths, edging, and finishing to a high standard (Grano Workers)
* Perform formwork, framing, concreting, and general structural carpentry tasks on civil projects (Carpenters & Apprentices)
* Assist trades with general site duties including digging, lifting, site preparation, and clean-up while maintaining a safe and organised work environment (Labourers)
* Set up, manage, and monitor traffic control measures including signage, barriers, and flow of vehicles and pedestrians to ensure public and worker safety
* Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and contribute to a positive team culture on-site
Requirements
* Relevant tickets, licences, and experience for specific roles
* Hold a current Australian C class drivers licence with a clean driving record. HR Licence highly desirable for Plant Operators
* White Card (Construction Induction Card) required
* Traffic Control tickets highly regarded
* Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
