Property Consultant Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and management team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of real estate sales and consulting, including understanding client needs, conducting property appraisals, and assisting clients through the buying and selling process.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, following up on inquiries, and achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
To be successful in this role, you must have a current certificate of registration and/or license, a current driver's license, and a reliable vehicle for work purposes.
You should also have an understanding of current state legislation and guidelines, as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Key attributes for this role include the ability to build trust, negotiate, and deliver results, as well as strong organisational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous, but not essential. A commitment to professional growth and continuous learning is expected.
