Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Officer located in Lidcombe, NSW. The Quality Assurance Officer will help to ensure that the quality of all products is maintained in accordance with product specifications and regulatory requirements.
Work Hours
4.00am pm
Must be willing to do early morning starts.

What are the role responsibilities?
This role would be responsible but not limited to the following tasks:
- Monitor operators against QA procedures.
- Monitor GMP procedures.
- Take corrective and preventative actions as required.
- Monitor CCP tasks.
- Conduct internal audits.
- Participate in external audits.
- Monitor ancillary areas of the facility to ensure hygiene requirements are met.
- Collect samples for micro testing.
- Prepare and action NCRs to internal staff.
- Investigate and respond to Customer complaints.
- Participate in HACCP Review.
- Assist with regular training of existing and new staff.
- Undertake other related activities as required.
Who we are looking for?
What we need from you is:
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Sound computer skills (MS Office)
- Able to work autonomously
- Positive organisational and time management skills
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in red meat industry.
- Familiar with AUS-MEAT standards.
