About the Program
AIR**** is the RAAF's $3 billion program to develop a joint air battle management system that builds on the capabilities offered by Next Generation sensor and command and control systems. AIR**** will create a fully networked 'system of systems' that synchronises air and missile defence operations in joint and coalition environments, maximising situational awareness and enhancing the speed of decision making across the battlespace.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer (E3 Specialist) to join the AIR**** Specialty Engineering Team, supporting one of Australia's most significant integrated air and missile defence programs. In this senior technical leadership as a Senior RF Engineer – E3 Specialist, you will be the sole authority on all electromagnetic matters for the project and will ensure that every component, subsystem and installation meets the highest EMC/EMI, EMSEC, RADHAZ and co‐site interference standards from inception to acceptance. You will work closely with engineering teams, program leadership, Defence stakeholders and external partners to deliver safe, secure and compliant capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Whole‐system E3 Leadership - Own EMC/EMI, EMSEC, RADHAZ and Co-site engineering across design, analysis, test and acceptance.
* Define and deliver the end‐to‐end electromagnetic integrity strategy.
