About the Role

Bridgestone is looking for a Customer Retention & CRM Manager to join our Marketing team at Eastwood, to lead our B2C and B2B customer retention strategy and execution for over 550 stores and 200 mobile vans, including Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto, Bridgestone Tyre Centres, Lube Mobile, and Tony’s Tyre & Auto Care brands.

You’ll coach a trans‑Tasman team, collaborate with operations, CX and digital teams, and shape the future of customer marketing technology. Bring your expertise in CRM, marketing automation, project management, tech selection and team leadership to deliver measurable results and customer loyalty.

In this role, you will:

- Develop propositions that drive satisfaction and loyalty for B2C and B2B customers.
- Lead customer retention and lifecycle campaigns across ANZ.
- Align and develop a trans‑Tasman campaign delivery team.
- Manage CRM agency, vendors, and campaign budgets.
- Oversee CRM/marketing automation platform transition and integration.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and brand standards.

About You

You’ll have proven experience in CRM, retention or loyalty marketing and managing CRM/marketing automation transitions and vendor relationships.

Additionally, you’ll have:

- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- The ability to deliver data‑driven, multi‑channel campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
- Commitment to compliance, privacy, and promoting a culture of safety.
