Your new role
As a Personnel Security and Receptionist Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors. You'll manage secure site access, coordinate security clearances, and support a range of administrative and operational tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming and assisting visitors at the front desk
* Coordinating access to buildings and facilities
* Issuing and tracking security passes
* Processing security clearance applications
* Using multiple systems to manage data and generate reports
* Supporting travel bookings, procurement, and meetings
* Identifying and implementing process improvements
* Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong admin experience in a busy or complex environment
* You must be an Australian Citizen.
* Great communication and customer service skills
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Confidence using systems like SAP and Microsoft Office
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance
* Having a baseline clearance is highly desirable.
