Electoral Event Manager
This role is within the Industrial Elections and Ballots Program (IEB) team, which is part of the Service Design and Foundations Branch. The IEB is responsible for the delivery of Industrial Elections, Protected Action Ballots, and Fee-for-Service electoral events.
* Manage projects relating to electoral events and assist with delivering your teams operational objectives to provide high-quality electoral services to stakeholders.
* Undertake risk management, allocate project resources, liaise with stakeholders, and undertake detailed project planning.
* Develop your project management, communication, and planning skills through a variety of tasks and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Ability and experience in contributing to planning, delivery, and management of low to high complexity of events and projects.
* Ability to manage small project teams on occasions, to ensure high-quality output, with the capability in providing project reporting.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic and challenging environment.
* Confidence in working with internal and/or external stakeholders to solve moderately complex issues.
* Well-developed ICT/computer capabilities, with ability to analyse data and information effectively.
