Dynamo Fitness Equipment is the largest Gym Equipment Retailer in Australia with sites across multiple states.

We are seeking to appoint a Commercial Sales Manager to develop strategic growth and sales opportunities in NSW. This exciting role will support and liaise with our established NSW team and the NSW State Manager.

* Hybrid Role. Work from home and in the office in Seven Hills. Plan your own sales and CRM engagement schedule.
* Uncapped commission structure. Optimum total earnings - $150,000+.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager Operations and Sales, this exciting new role will be responsible for driving revenue generation, B2B sales and building professional relationships across NSW. Our ideal candidate will be customer-focused, mirror exceptional service standards and have a determined mindset to meet and exceed company benchmarks and KPI's whilst continually driving the sales process. Duties include:

* Research prospects and set appointments with new and potential customers.
* Schedule and undertake business site visits to establish connections and discuss services and equipment on offer to generate strong sales leads and new business clientele.
* Identify and submit tender applications for commercial fit-outs.
* Manage and nurture existing B2B relationships and increase the value of ongoing commercial sales orders.
* Provide specialist advice on the different types of products and services offered by the business.
* Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
* Evaluate sales performance and provide feedback to identify new unique customer needs.
About you

You will require the following skills and attributes to be successful in this role:

* A proven track record of new business development and B2B sales growth in the Fitness Equipment Industry.
* A healthy appetite for sales and love the challenge of being in a commission based role.
* High level sales, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills (both oral and written).
* A keen eye to recognise new lead opportunities.
* Demonstrated drive to identify and proactively build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
* Strong presentation, time management, organisational skills and business acumen.
* Confidence in managing multiple tasks with ease and efficiency.
* Ability to work autonomously and continually evaluate and improve upon work processes and standards.
* Professionalism and reliability - valuing honesty and integrity in all your interactions.
* Demonstrable history of closing large sales orders.
* A valid driver's license.
* 5+ years sales experience.
* Basic knowledge of Fitness Equipment, Eg: Has been to the gym before.
* CRM System Experience.
The successful candidate will be able to confidently answer the following:
* What overall strategies will you put in place to achieve sales targets, drive profitable growth and generate new B2B opportunities?
* Can you demonstrate what tools you will use to identify and convert sales leads into new business opportunities?
* How will you build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally?
