Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinic Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional service to patients and staff, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including reception duties, managing patient bookings and appointments, processing results, data input and record keeping, invoicing, and handling customer inquiries with professionalism and care.

Requirements:

* A strong attention to detail and commitment to providing top-quality service
* Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting is preferred, but not essential; full training will be provided
* Familiarity with Best Practice software would be an advantage, but not required; we will train you on the system if needed
* Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
* A friendly, approachable manner and ability to work well within a collaborative team environment
