We're on the lookout for someone who's early in their digital marketing career and ready to take the next step. We are growing quickly, and we need an extra set of hands from early 2026 to help keep our clients supported, organised, and moving in the right direction.
You'll be working directly with our Account Director, learning the ins and outs of real client management, getting exposure to SEO and Google Ads campaigns, and being involved in work that actually makes an impact. If you're curious, switched on, and love solving problems, you'll fit right in.
What the role looks like day to day
No two days are the same. One day you might be pulling insights from GA4 or Search Console, the next you're helping prep a client call, and the next you're deep-diving into keyword trends or reviewing content with the team.
Some things you'll get involved in:
* Replying to client questions and helping keep them updated
* Joining client meetings and helping action next steps
* Pulling monthly reports and spotting wins or opportunities
* Briefing our SEO and Google Ads team on updates
* Helping organise tasks, deadlines, and onboarding
* Keeping our internal systems clean and updated
* Researching ideas, best practices, and smarter ways of doing things
* Supporting with anything that helps the client or team move forward
It's varied, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who likes learning on the fly and enjoys a workday that never feels 'copy-paste'.
Who we think will thrive in this role
Someone who:
* Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
* Communicates well and enjoys talking to clients
* Has an interest in SEO/Google Ads (you don't need to be an expert)
* Is organised, reliable and comfortable managing lots of moving parts
* Works well remotely and can manage their own day
* Is adaptable - things change quickly in a small agency and we need someone who can roll with it
* Actually cares about doing good work, not just ticking boxes
If you've been wanting a role where you can grow quickly, get real responsibility, and be part of a team that's building something exciting, this is it.
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with the business founders and get a front row seat to the mechanics of a start-up business.
Why Paperstack?
* Fully remote - with team members across GC & VIC
* 1.30pm Friday knock-offs - start every weekend early
* Monthly team catch-ups that usually involve good food, good company, and discovering new GC spots (if you're local)
* Laptop + all tools and software provided
* A genuinely supportive team
* Loads of hands-on training
* Real room for growth as the business expands
* A chance to help shape how our processes and client experience evolve
