About the Role Aspect Personnel is recruiting a Construction Manager / Superintendent for a growing civil infrastructure contractor delivering works across power, utilities and essential infrastructure. This role will suit a site-led construction professional who can manage crews, subcontractors, safety, quality, staging and daily delivery across civil packages including substations, underground services, foundations, drainage, conduits, pits and access roads. You will work closely with senior management and project teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and commercially across live infrastructure environments. Why This Role $180k–$200k package range, depending on experience Step into a senior delivery role with genuine site ownership Work across civil, utilities and power infrastructure projects Join a smaller contractor where decisions are made quickly Strong fit for a Senior Supervisor ready to step up Direct exposure to senior leadership and project delivery planning Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day construction delivery across civil infrastructure projects Manage supervisors, crews, subcontractors, plant and suppliers Oversee safety, quality, programme, methodology and site compliance Coordinate works across substations, utilities, foundations, drainage and underground services Review drawings, resolve constructability issues and manage sequencing Support project reporting, productivity tracking, variations and client updates Skills & Experience Civil Engineering degree or similar qualification preferred Experience as a Construction Manager, Superintendent or Senior Supervisor Strong civil construction background across utilities, power, roads, drainage, earthworks or structures Practical knowledge of foundations, conduits, pits, trenching, concrete, access roads and underground services Ability to manage crews and subcontractors in live project environments Strong safety leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Experience across substations, terminal stations, switchyards, VEDN, VESI or electrical infrastructure will be highly regarded.
