Job Description 1: Lead OutSystems Developer
* Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of secure, scalable OutSystems applications using the OutSystems Multi-Experience Development Platform.
* 7+ years of experience in OutSystems software development and application delivery.
* Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a solution lead on medium to large-scale application initiatives.
* Hands-on experience in stakeholder engagement, estimation, delivery governance, and mentoring engineers.
* Own solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards, performance requirements, security controls, and best practices.
* Drive delivery planning, estimations, prioritization, and execution to meet timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes.
* Provide technical leadership to engineers through mentoring, design reviews, code reviews, and development guidance.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and client teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Lead integration design and implementation with external systems, APIs, and databases in line with defined architecture guidelines.
* Oversee application enhancements, defect resolution, maintenance, and release management across the application lifecycle.
* Monitor application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Identify delivery and technical risks early, define mitigation plans, and escalate appropriately to stakeholders.
* Champion Agile delivery practices, engineering quality, and reusable design patterns across the team.
Technical Competencies
* Strong knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service Center, and LifeTime.
* Strong experience with OutSystems 11, especially Reactive Web App development.
* Ability to design scalable application architecture, reusable modules, and robust integration patterns.
* Experience integrating external systems, APIs, and relational databases using standard enterprise practices.
* Hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
* Experience with business workflows, form builders, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
* Strong understanding of Agile delivery, unit testing, version control, code quality, and release processes.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions.
Job Description 2: OutSystems Engineer
* Develop secure and scalable OutSystems applications based on business and technical requirements.
* Build innovative web and mobile applications following OutSystems best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
* Implement integrations with APIs, external systems, and databases in line with defined architecture guidelines.
* Support the full software development lifecycle including development, testing, bug fixing, enhancements, and maintenance.
* Collaborate with leads, architects, business analysts, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Troubleshoot and debug applications using OutSystems tools and recommend code or performance improvements where needed.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to estimation, planning, and continuous improvement activities.
* Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to version control and release processes.
Technical Competencies
* Good knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service Center, and LifeTime.
* 5+ years of experience in OutSystems software development or application programming.
* Hands-on experience building, enhancing, and supporting OutSystems applications in a delivery environment.
* Experience working as an individual contributor within Agile teams is preferred.
* Experience with OutSystems 11 and Reactive Web App development.
* Experience with business workflows, form builders, debugging, and standard application support activities.
* Experience integrating APIs, external systems, and relational databases including SQL.
* Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.
* Understanding of unit testing, code quality practices, version control, and Agile ways of working.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on assigned deliverables.
