Warehouse Coordinator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Warehouse Coordinator to manage our warehouse operations, supporting the maintenance and supply of aircraft components.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in warehousing and logistics to join our team. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and dispatching components, maintaining accurate inventory records, and collaborating with external suppliers and freight forwarding agents.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate warehousing activities, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of components.
* Liaise with external suppliers and freight forwarding agents to ensure timely delivery of components.
* Assist in planning component maintenance activities and ensure the safe custody of all spares.
* Generate material and other warehouse reports as required.
* Perform general administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.
Requirements:
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to use technology tools for supply support and asset management.
* Working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
* Experience in relevant warehouse or logistics positions.
* Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively with aircraft technicians on material supply matters.
