About the Role
As the Transnational Project Administrator, your key responsibilities include:
* Provide administrative support to ensure projects are completed to meet stakeholder satisfaction, quality, educational compliance, time and profit objectives
* Coordinate, organise and prioritise tasks required by the Delivery Area Managers & IPP team
* Communicate priorities and deliverables clearly to ensure stakeholders are aware of dependencies, risks and timings
* Cooperate and collaborate with other team members to achieve Institute objectives
* Provide a high level of customer service to students, partners and staff ensuring timely responses and appropriate client interaction
* Undertake administrative and related duties as required to ensure best quality of support and service for the students, customers and staff
* Assist in the accurate storage and maintenance of a centralised electronic filing system for records in the Department, including TRIM and manual records, to ensure accessibility and reliability of business information
* Ensure Chisholm management is informed of any significant risks, opportunities or strategic changes relating to transnational project and partnerships in a timely manner
* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across Chisholm to enable respectful and effective collaboration
About You
You are a highly motivated individual with advanced administrative skills and sound time management.
Qualifications required for the role
* A relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing, administration, international development or any other related discipline; or
* Significant experience relevant to the broad aspects of international projects, international travel requirements or the delivery of offshore training coordination services
