Are you an experienced front of house professional looking to work weekdays? We have an exciting newly created concierge role for our premium aged care residence located in Ashwood.
You will be supported by a Home Manager and Administration Team Leader, and work alongside a collaborative team that are committed to providing residents with best practice care.
We are looking for an individual who demonstrates exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills, patience, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Work with the team to provide best practice service delivery to ensure all customer experience and administration objectives are met:
- Greeting visitors and ensuring they meet entry requirements and sign in via the entry device.
- Assisting with incoming phone calls, taking messages, and escalating communication as required.
- Ensuring that the communal environments remain tidy and report any areas for improvement.
- Ensuring admission and discharge processes are followed in conjunction with the Home Manager and Admissions Team Leader.
- Conducting tours as required in conjunction with the Home Manager and Group Admissions Coordinator.
- Ensuring the compliance and delivery of additional services as per their packages and agreements.
- Completing environmental room audits.
- Assisting with the roster function as directed by the Home Manager and Administration Team Leader.
- Assistance with meetings as directed by the Home Manager and Administration Team Leader.
- Supporting the administrative function in conjunction with the Home Manager and Administration Team Leader.
- Maintaining a safe work environment.
- Support the business adhere to Policies.
- Assist with continuous improvement of process and procedure.
