The Role
* Support students to optimise their academic and co-curricular opportunities
* Monitor and track each student's holistic development and progress
* Collaborate with internal and external wellbeing professionals to provide comprehensive care
* Facilitate targeted wellbeing sessions for groups and year-level cohorts
* Provide ongoing, formative feedback within our integrated wellbeing framework
About You
* You are passionate about supporting young people to become independent, resilient learners and bring:
* The ability to coach, influence and inspire students
* Strong knowledge of best practice for the wellbeing of young people, with a high level of confidentiality
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with students, families and staff
* A collaborative mindset, along with initiative, integrity and professionalism
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in counselling, health or wellbeing, or significant experience in pastoral care
