Our growth strategy is powered by digital performance marketing, and we're now looking for a Paid Search Specialist who loves being in the platforms testing, optimising and scaling campaigns that drive real commercial results.
The Role
This is a hands‐on performance marketing role focused on driving lead generation through paid search. You'll take ownership of campaign performance across Google Ads and other paid channels, continuously testing and optimising to improve ROI.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage and optimise Google Ads, Bing and paid social campaigns focused on lead generation
* Conduct deep keyword research, bidding strategy optimisation and audience targeting
* Create and test high‐performing ad copy and landing page variations through A/B testing
* Monitor and optimise conversion funnels, CTR, CPA and ROAS
* Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable optimisation strategies
* Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion performance
* Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining strong acquisition costs
What You'll Bring
* 1+ years hands‐on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
* Strong experience with keyword strategy, bid optimisation, ad testing and CRO
* Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and reporting tools
* Experience working with Salesforce or CRM‐integrated marketing environments
