Your Impact
As a Health and Security Assistant, you will play a vital role supporting the day‐to‐day operations of the hospital through a unique combination of healthcare support and security services. In this dual‐role position, you help ensure patients, staff and visitors feel safe, supported and cared for while contributing to the smooth operation of the hospital every day.
Responsibilities
* Conduct patrols, respond to alarms and monitor site access
* Assist patients with mobility and personal care needs
* Maintain infection control standards and cleanliness
* Apply safe manual handling techniques
* Respond calmly and confidently in emergency situations
* Contribute to a safe, respectful and caring environment for all
