Sales and Service Representative (NSW – Remote)

InBody Oceania is seeking a Sales and Service Representative based in Sydney, NSW to support our growing customer base across New South Wales and nearby regions.
This hybrid position combines sales and technical service, offering the opportunity to build lasting client relationships while ensuring InBody's advanced medical and fitness devices perform at their highest standard.
As a Sales and Service Representative, you will conduct equipment installations, service visits, and product demonstrations, helping clients understand and maximize the value of InBody technology. You'll work independently in the field while collaborating closely with our Victoria-based head office team.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform installation, inspection, diagnosis, and repair of InBody devices.
* Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training for clients.
* Identify new business opportunities through service visits and customer relationships.
* Manage and expand accounts within the assigned NSW territory.
* Maintain accurate service and sales activity records.
* Coordinate service schedules and logistics with the head office team.
* Occasional short business trips (2–3 days) to nearby regions may be required.
* Manage spare parts and service materials for the NSW region, including accurate inventory tracking, secure storage, and timely reporting to the head office.
* Ensure that spare parts shipped from head office are properly managed and used for service activities in Sydney and surrounding areas.
The Ideal Candidate
* Has a strong interest in health, fitness, and technology.
* Is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
* Has excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
* Holds a valid driver's license and has access to a personal vehicle (required for site visits).
* Has prior experience in sales, technical support, or field service (preferred, but not essential).
* Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accountability in managing service materials and reporting.
