The role
You design, lead, and deliver the client service experience end to end. You manage the CSOs and FPAs, set the service standards, build the workflows, and keep everything moving. You will work closely with the adviser, resolve escalations, keep the CRM accurate, and ensure the team performs.

Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident handling client interactions, including escalations
Process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
Strong time management and ability to prioritise competing tasks
Comfortable making decisions within your area of expertise
Confident across phone, email, and CRM platforms
Experience
Minimum 4 years in a similar client services, operations, or practice management role
Demonstrated people leadership or team management
Strong understanding of financial advice processes and client workflows
Track record of high productivity and chargeable hours (preferred)
Knowledge
End-to-end financial advice process and client service lifecycle
CRM management, workflow design and improvement
Australian financial advice regulatory environment
Degree in a finance-related field (preferred)
