Overview
Join our team as a Casual Enrolled Nurse - Community Health for 2026/2027! Are you an Enrolled Nurse passionate about delivering person‐centred care and supporting older adults to maintain independence at home? Join YNLHN and make a real difference by providing high‐quality nursing care and support for clients and their carers within the Healthy Ageing Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in providing safe, person‐centred care.
* Deliver community‐based nursing services that promote client independence.
* Complete assessments for new clients and annual reviews within the Healthy Ageing Team.
* Assist carers in supporting clients' ongoing health and wellbeing.
* Work under supervision while maintaining accountability for nursing practice.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a compassionate, reliable Enrolled Nurse with experience providing community or aged care nursing. You'll be confident supporting clients in their homes, completing assessments, and working collaboratively with the Healthy Ageing Team. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to promoting independence and quality care are essential. You must be enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding (or eligible to hold) a current practising certificate.
