Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Tasmania for a Facilities Administrator. The Facilities Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of facilities, coordinating maintenance and repair activities, managing facility-related records and documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role involves providing exceptional support and communication to the team, suppliers, and stakeholders. While the primary location is onsite, some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
* Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Facilities Operations
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools
• Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
• Track record of excellent customer service and service delivery
• Have a security clearance or ability to obtain one.
* Able to work within defined procedures and outputs.
