Job Description
This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of passenger, commercial vehicles, and equipment nationwide. The position involves managing costs incurred after vehicle delivery, providing accurate information, and resolving operational queries within agreed timeframes.
* Approve maintenance and repair requests from suppliers.
* Ensure services meet manufacturer requirements.
* Oversee repairs in compliance with regulatory standards.
Your Responsibilities
* Collaborate with external suppliers to enhance EVO portal usage.
* Assist customers with maintenance inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Qualification as a Diesel Mechanic.
* Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
