We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks across commercial and condominium properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for building repairs and maintenance.
* Perform facilities maintenance tasks, including electrical, HVAC, painting, plumbing, ceiling tile replacement, lighting, carpentry, building equipment, and other related duties.
* Conduct regular preventative maintenance throughout the building to ensure optimal performance and safety.
* Execute daily operations to maintain commercial buildings and condominiums in good working order.
* Coordinate with vendors and external partners to complete specific tasks efficiently.
* Manage the daily schedule to complete tasks on time and within deadlines.
* Oversee and manage maintenance projects at commercial and condominium properties, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
