As a Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of a dynamic branch through coaching, mentoring, and leadership.

* Driving sales activities to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities

* Managing performance and strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division
Requirements:
* Experience in leadership; ability to inspire and influence others
* Retail banking experience is highly regarded
