Manage warehouse stock for spare parts sales and field service, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
Coordinate customer returns (RMA & OFI), including assessment, repairs, and invoicing.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
Arrange freight and logistics for spare parts as needed.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and undertake training as required.
Identify opportunities to increase spare parts sales and work with contract managers to maximize revenue.
Ensure compliance with company policies, work instructions, and quality management systems.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow set processes and procedures.
Uphold professional presentation and a positive attitude while supporting business objectives.
