About This Role



* Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management and staff training.

* Responsible for driving culinary excellence, fostering a positive team culture and ensuring seamless service delivery.

* Liaise with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient communication and exceptional customer experiences.



Requirements



* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Head Chef or senior culinary leader.

* Demonstrated track record of leading high-performing teams and developing innovative, seasonal menus.

* Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, cost control practices and culinary industry trends.
